The villa was built in May 2005 and is one of 7 identical villa built on the plot and are all privately owned and furnished to each individuals taste. As we will be using our villa on a regular basis and we have furnished our property to the highest possible standards with all the mod cons you would expect to find at home and more.

Our villa is directly poolside and has English and foreign satellite television in the lounge and 2 of the bedrooms, we also have a DVD player and a stereo which plays CD's (it also has the facility to play your MP3 / ipod through it). The lounge and dining area and all bedrooms have air-conditioning and the lounge can be adjusted to heat the property as well. We have a microwave oven, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster as well as much more which should add to your comfort.

All linens and towels at the villa are very good quality and have been remarked upon by many of our guests.

 Our villa is a triplex (3 floors) with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

2 bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and share a bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are on the top floor and are both en suite with a further toilet on the first floor where the open plan lounge dining room and kitchen are situated.
